2008 Company membership fees
The company membership fees for the EcoDesign Best Practice Club are based on a company’s annual turnover, to provide a reduced joining fee and annual membership fee for smaller companies. This also reflects that larger companies will have a larger number of users who will log into www.medical-ecodesign.com and benefit from the webinars and the web-based process and procedures, and the interactive web database service.
2008 Company joining fees
The joining fee for companies covers:
- Licensed copy of ENVIRON’s EcoDesign and Product Stewardship process and procedures for company use
- Attendance for up to four staff at the introduction training workshop
- Unrestricted attendance at subsequent training webinars
- Unlimited access to the web database www.medical-ecodesign.com and e-mail alerts for company staff for the first year. Each person within the company will be able to register as a user on the website (this will be validated against the domain of the user's e-mail address). Each user will be able to set his/her own preferences, for example to only receive e-mail alerts on legislation issues.

Annual company membership fees for subsequent years
ENVIRON will maintain and continue to expand the interactive web database and e-mail alerts as a centre of excellence for EcoDesign of medical devices, and continue to support and grow the ability for members to network and share information in future years (e.g. by regular update services, new webinars, dedicated events etc).
The company joining fee includes unlimited access for all company staff to the www.medical-ecodesign.com web database and e-mail alert service for the first year. In subsequent years we will offer member companies the option to continue their unlimited access for an annual company membership fee. The annual company membership fee will be payable in the year after the member company completes the workshops and webinars. There is no tie-in period and member companies can terminate or re-establish their annual membership at any time at no extra cost.
